Naomi Boot

Described as possessing ‘a compelling stage presence’ and ‘lovely rich tone,’ British mezzo-soprano Naomi Boot recently graduated with First-Class Honours from the Royal College of Music, London, where she was a Douglas and Hilda Simmonds Scholar under the tutelage of Ben Johnson. She makes her role debut as Baba the Turk in Stravinsky’s The Rake’s Progress with British Youth Opera this Summer, and as Lucretia in Britten’s The Rape of Lucretia with Brunswick Vocal Arts this Autumn.
